I Will Not Decamp From PDP – Danjuma La’ah, Congratulates El-rufai, Bantex

Senator-Elect of Kaduna South Senatorial Zone Chief Danjuma La’ah, (Shetiman Kagoro), has called on the good people of Southern Kaduna and the state in general to disregard any rumour linking him with the All Progressive Congress (APC).
A statement signed by Danjuma La’ah, and made available to Journalists in Kaduna, reads “I want to clarify on rumours making the rounds that I have decided, or that I am making consultations to leaving the PDP and joining the APC.”
“I want to strongly state that I have not decamped and have no intention of leaving the PDP for any other party, be it for now or in the future.”
“The people of Southern Kaduna voted for me under the PDP, and I shall respect the honour and privilege they accorded me by remaining in the PDP and giving them the quality representation they eagerly expect from me at the Senate.”
La’ah therefore call on all his supporters, and members of the PDP to disregard the hearsays and inform those who might have not read or heard this information about his stand.
Chief La’ah also use the opportunity to congratulates the Kaduna state Governor-Elect, Mallam Nasir El Rufai and his deputy, Arc. Bala Barnabas Bantex for their decisive victory at the polls.
He said Their overwhelming victory is a testimony of the trust, hope and faith that the people of Kaduna State have in them, the same attributes accorded him in his zone during his election.
La’ah further states that “I hereby extend my hands of cooperation to them and the other two Senators-Elect that will represent Kaduna North and Kaduna Central Senatorial Zones, in the next Senate, in the persons of Alh. Suleiman Hunkuyi and Comrade Shehu Sani all of the APC.”
“I believe that we should work together closely, irrespective of party affiliations and personal differences, to get the best for our electorates who bestow so much confidence in us.”
