I Will Govern Kaduna with equity, fairness and justice – El-
rufai

Kaduna State Governor-elect Mallam Nasir
El-rufai of the All Progressive Congress
(APC) has promised that he is going to govern Kaduna State with equity, fairness and justice.

According to him “God helping me, I will govern the state
with equity, fairness and justice, I will
equally use the resources of the state to
develop her and better the lives of the
people of the state.

“In our government, there will be no
discrimination of any kind on the basis of
religion, ethnicity, settler or indigene,
everybody resident in the state will be given
equal treatment.”

He said his landslide victory at
the polls is victory for democracy.

Mallam El-rufai defeated landslide the
incumbent governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero
of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The former Minister of the Federal Capital
Territory (FCT) who addressed Journalists at
his campaign in Kaduna amidst mammoth
crowd of supporters shortly after he was
declared winner of the governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said, much has been reposed on him by the good people of Kaduna State and he cannot afford to let them down.

He said, his promise to the people of the
state is decent governance centred on
equity, fairness and justice.

He further assured that change has come to
stay and that he will equally give priority to
security of lives and properties in the state
and provision of basic amenities.
