Edo APC Primary: Protest At Accreditation Center Over Imposition Of Aspirant
There was a mild protest at the Agbado Primary School, venue of the accreditation of delegates fom Edo South Senatorial District for the APC Primaries holding today, June 18, 2016.
The delegates were protesting the purported imposition of one of the aspirants for the election on the party by the Governor of the state, Comrade Adams Oshiomole.
While the protesters were chanting “No God Father! No God Father!! No God Father!!!” the purported anointed aspirant, Godwin Obaseki, came to the venue for his accreditation. Which he described as smooth and fast.
After which he addressed his supporters. In his address he said ” Today we are going to show them, we are going to ensure that we continue what Oshomole has started by building more roads and more schools”. He urged his supporters to got to the stadium to wait for him.
