BMSG Commends Nigerian Army Over Feet Against Boko Haram

Nigerian Army has been commended for their exploit in the North-East region, which has reduced once invisible Boko Haram terrorists into a fleeing band of terrorists who run to the Army regularly to surrender.

The group, Buhari Media Support Group (BMSG) in a statement jointly signed by Muhammad Labbo and Cassidy. Madueke chairman secretary respectively in Abuja,  specifically drew attention of Nigerians to the feat performed by the Army in locating and freeing from Boko Haram territories, a total of 11,595 held hostages against their will by the terrorists.  

“The above is in addition to the continuous routing of the terrorists in many parts of the region which has transformed the once invisible Boko Haram into a fleeing band of terrorists with the result that many of the militants on a regular basis are surrendering to the Army on a regular basis are surrendering to the Army.

They said, there is a new dawn in the area of National security whereby the Nigerian Army frequently updates Nigerians on the developments in the theatre of war.

According to the group ‘gone are the days when information from the Army on the war against Boko Haram is received with scepticism by the majority of Nigerians. All that has changed as information from the Army can now be verified by any interested person. 

The BMSG notes that the reason for the positive outcome in the fight against Boko Haram is responsible and focused leadership provided by the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari which is now impacting on the Armed Forces and other sectors of the nation’s life.

The group urged Nigerians to continue to support the Army in its fight against the terrorists and the change agenda of President Muhammdu Buhari.
