TFDC, ABU, Purge Cancer Holds Cancer Sensitization Campaign And Book Launch
A non-government organisation, Theatre for Development Centre (TFDC) in collaboration with Purge Cancer Foundation and the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria is set to begin a cancer sensitization campaign and book lauch, “Pearl of Love”.
The campaign is organised to sensitize the public on how to combat cancer and to raise funds for people living with cancer.
In Nigeria, about 10,000 cancer deaths are recorded annually while 250,000 new cases are recorded yearly.
