Uba Sani and Gidan Daji Land Controversy
The land in question was allocated to a company named M&U Properties Limited on the 9th of May, 2013. The size of the land was 10.7hecters meant for Mass Housing Project at the Millennium City (Gidan Daji).
TWISTING THE TRUTH ABOUT ENCROACHMENT.
While the hired mischief makers at Gidan Daji went to court without any documentary evidence, the facts are well known and they are as follows:-
A) M&U properties wrote a series of complaints about the encroachment into about 1.63 hectares of the land validly allocated to the company to the then Ministry of Lands.
B)The company also lodged a similar complain to the office of the General Manager of KASUPDA and records to buttress these facts.
SOCIAL MEDIA MISCHIEF MAKERS AND THE SUDDEN RESORT TO LAW COURTS.
It is on records that the management of M&U properties made concerted effort to maintain a good relationship with the community through negotiations but this effort was sabotaged. It was very strange then that, all of a sudden, some people who were directly swindled by unknown persons turned around to lay baseless claims to the land.
