Kogi Guber: We Won’t Tolerate Violence, Rigging, Khadijat Warns Bello, INEC

Kogi State House of Representative aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the 2019 elections, Hajia Khadijat Nana, has warned the State Governor Yahaya Bello not to contemplate using violence to stave off his impeding defeat in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
Khidijat, who is also the State Coordinator, “Kogi For Atiku” said the people of Kogi have had enough of Bello, and are ready to boot him out in the November 16 Governorship poll.
Speaking to newsmen from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, UAE, via Skype, Khadijat explained that Bello, who is also the Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Candidate (APC) is living on borrowed time which would elapse by November, and in order to avert disastrous defeat, the APC supporters in the state are hellbent on formenting crisis.
“I call on Yahaya Bello not give in to the temptation to allow his supporters to use violence or force to cause cancellation of results.
“From all indications they know Bello will be disgracefully defeated and therefore they are planning to foment crisis so that results of polling units should canceled which will culminate in massive rigging.
“We are not ready to tolerate any such antics”, she said.
The Coordinate of “Kogi For Atiku” went further to caution the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC not give in to forces within and outside Kogi who are bent on imposing Bello on Kogi by crookish means.
“In the same vein, I will advise INEC not to allow their staffs to used to manipulate the November 16 election.
“We know that there are external and internal agents who want to rig the APC to victory, I can assure them that they will fail woefully, she added.
Similarly, Hajia Khadijat urge Kogi citizens to come out massive to vote for Engineer Musa Wada the governorship candidate of the PDP in the forthcoming electoral contest.
She added that Yahaya was a colossal failure and voting him back would mean relegating the state further into infinite poverty and underdevelopment.
“Don’t vote a man that could not pay your salaries, a man that could not commission one single project for four years”
“If you want to live in peace, tranquility, harmony, constant salary payment and development projects come out on the 16 of November and vote Musa Wada”, she said.
Hajia Khadijat also asked the PDP governorship candidate Wada not to let the people of Kogi down when he is elected Governor come November 16.
