Kebbi Community in Kano endorses Kebbi APC Guber candidate

Kebbi community in Kano State on Monday, endorsed the Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kebbi State for 2023 general elections.

Alhaji Tanko Jega, who is the leader of the community, while addressing a marmot crowd of their members in Kano, noted that their decision for supporting the APC candidate is to bring sanity to the Kebbi State politics.

Jega, said they decided to endorsed the Governorship candidate, Dr. Idris Kaura, because he is the only candidate with good leadership qualities for the position.

He added that the State Governor Senator Atiku Bagudu, has made a right decision for supporting Idris in the primary, saying “Nasiru has been helping people in the state, we knew him for long and that’s why we residents in Kano State have concluded to vote APC and it’s candidate”.

Speaking at the event, Kano State Deputy Governor Alhaji Yusuf Gawuna applauded the people of Kebbi State for taking good decision in supporting thier brother.

He implored them to work hard for the success of the party in Kebbi State and assured them of Kano State Government committment towards achieving the same goals.

Earlier, a member of the APC Governorship Candidate’s team, Sani Giant, said thier visit was to seek for thier support and cooperation towards winning 2023 general election in the state, adding that their candidate has clear mind to deliver the state and bring more development.

The Kebbi State APC chairman Alhaji Abubakar Kana, on his part, who thanked the people of the State based in Kano for coming together and agreeing to vote for APC in Kebbi, also assured them party’s support and cooperation.

In his response, the Kebbi APC candidate Dr. Nasiru Idris Kaura, thanked the Kebbi Indigenes for throwing their weight behind his aspiration. He assured them of his committment towards promoting unity and development in the state.

“Am going to do my best in ensuring that I contribute my quota in developing the state”. He said.
