Kaduna NUJ Correspondents Chapel Commissions New Office Friday

Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Kaduna State council, said it has concluded plans for the official opening of her new office this Friday.
The Chapel in a statement signed by the Acting Secretary, Baba Negadu Martins, reads; “the official opening billed for Friday the 27th of April 2018 is expected to have the cream de la cream, captains of Industry, political office holders and the intelligentsia in Kaduna and beyond in attendance.
“Among those expected are Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, National Assembly members, members of the state House of Assembly and other important personalities.
“The occasion will also witness the launch of the Compendium of members of the Correspondent Chapel, Kaduna State.
“As the umbrella platform for all media houses in Nigeria and in line with our resolve to partner with all organizations and other stakeholders, the ceremony is an opportunity for newsmakers and our members to rob mind and fashion out ways to work together for the socio economic development of the state and Nigeria as a whole.
“As critical stakeholders in Kaduna State, we are expecting participants to be part of this journey, while looking forward to a favorable collaboration that will benefit us and our news sources.
“The chapel will like to use the occasion to also create a synergy between our real members with a view to exposing those that go around parading themselves as news merchants when in reality there are not.”
