Farmers Hails Ogbe’s Nomination, Expresses Optimistic in Agric Sector Transformation

Nigeria Farmers have expressed delight over the nomination of Chief Audu Ogbe for Ministerial appointment by president Muhammad Buhari, describing it as a well come development for agric sector reform for Nigerian farmers.
Speaking yesterday in kaduna in a chat, the national leader of the Farmer’s group under the guise of Green plants Mall. Garba Haji said there is virtually no true and responsible Nigerian farmer that would not welcome Audu Ogbe to oversee the affairs of agricultural ministry.
While describing Ogbe as one of most honest and sincere person nominated for minister office by Buhari so far, Garba was hundred percent assured that the former the Chieftain of APC would revive the sector if given agriculture ministry after today’s screening.
The leader was optimistic that Ogbe will transform Nigerian agricultural sector to advantage of all and sundry under two years with support from Buhari change administration.
” Without been too subjective, I can tell you authoritatively that Nigerian will become an enviable nation in the world if this man is allowed to handle Agriculture under Buhari government”, he said, adding that both Ogbe and Buhari are two honest people farmers could vouch for.
It was alleged that Ogbe mobilized N5 millions from Nigerian farmers especially the conservative ones for Buharis’ presidential Campaign support.
