“Buhari Vanguard” Appoints New Coordinators, Endorses President for 2019

A political presure group, Buhari Vanguard has appointed former APC Gubernatorial Aspirant in Bayelsa state, Romeo Bekeyei as its Coordinator in South South and Alhaji Umar Abbas also appointed North East Coordinator.
A press release signed by Alhaji Musa Aliyu, National Chairman of the Vanguard, stated that the appointments of the two officials were based on their track records in previous assignments, adding that the group has equally agreed to align itself with the resolution of the APC’s NEC meeting that President Buhari should continue come 2019.
“As a matter of fact, four years is not enough for President Buhari to correct all the wrongs done to this country in the past 16 years.
“Presently, President Buhari has barely three years to go in this administration and that is why we in the Buhari Vanguard want to support the resolution reached by the APC at their NEC MEETING, that Buhari should continue in 2019 if he so wish.
“This is because with what we have seen so far, especially the war against corruption we believe that he can fix this country” he said
