Saraki to Face Criminal Charge – CCT

The Code of Conduct Tribunal, Friday rule against Bukola Saraki, saying he criminal trial must commence immediately.

The CCT said that prosecution should bring their witnesses for trial to begin case.

The judge however adjourned the case to April 5 for proper trial to commence due to plea from his counsel.
