BREAKING NEWS: Police Seals Off PDP Convention Venue
The much-planned national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) may not hold as scheduled as police have sealed off the venue of the event, the Sharks Stadium. Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

It was gathered that the police said they were obeying a court order granted by Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
However, some PDP leaders said they gathered that as at late last night, the Independent National Electoral Commission, the police and others said they were yet to get Abang’s orders.
This is contrary to the order given by another Federal High Court judge in Port Harcourt that directed INEC, the police and others to allow the event to hold.
