Achuba inaugurated as Kogi deputy governor
Hon. Simon Achuba, a former lawmaker in Kogi State, was inaugurated as the state deputy governor on Tuesday.
The state House of Assembly had earlier on Tuesday approved Achuba’s nomination by the state Governor, Yahaya Bello.
The new deputy governor was asked to take a bow when he appeared before the lawmakers.
He was sworn in at the Government House in Lokoja, the state capital.
