Attitudinal Change, Key to President Buhari’s Success – NIM Boss

Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), has said that for the change mantra of President Muhammadu Buhari’s All Progressives Congress (APC) administration to succeed, all Nigerian must change their attitude in politics, ethno-religious and social stand.

Chairperson NIM, North-West zone, Hajiya Rabi Umar Sodangi gave the appeal at a pre-seminar press conference in Kaduna on the support of the change mantra that Nigerians should extend moral arm, a unifying political stand and thwart Money politics.

“We need to do away with all sorts of things for our system to be corruption free, open and transparent; while ensuring that an effective public service premised on capacity building should be enhanced to avoid laying off of staff ” Hajiya Rabi Umar Sodangi disposed.

The Zonal Chairman urged Nigerians to partner with the federal government on its infrastructure bid, emphasizing the need for private contribution to road construction with toll gate, support in power and water supply.

She observed that Nigeria has the manpower for diversification hike in agriculture which has a lot of value chain and a springboard for agro-allied industries, as well as for mining which the host community will benefit from as it will cause a lot of small businesses, infrastructure and job creation to sprout.

She advised Nigerians to associate themselves with the NIM for personal development as it accommodates persons from all walks of life.

The NIM summit aimed at garnering support and understanding of Nigerians for the change mantra of the present administration to help propel it forward, holds August 18, 2016 at the Dialogue Computer Centre, Kaduna.
